Baker Harding began life in 1989 as Pudsey Personnel. Our mission statement was to match local people with local jobs.
Although our organisation has developed and grown a great deal in the intervening years we have never lost sight of our original commitment to the local community.
We believe it is important that businesses and organisations have a positive impact on the societies and communities that surround and serve them, in effect, putting something back.
Baker Harding take their corporate social responsibilities to heart and over the years have participated in numerous projects. We have supported local junior sports teams, run the Pudsey Carnival and provided assistance and advice to the long-term unemployed.
